Phil Sutfin | Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding ACM, Phil has been at the vanguard for the voiceover industry as both a talent manager and agent. At ICM in New York, he helmed one of the nation’s largest voice over departments offering complete services in commercials, promos, trailers, narrations, animation and celebrity endorsements. As a talent agent, Phil began his career at Don Buchwald Associates before founding the on-air promotions department at Schiffman, Eckman, Morrison & Marx (SEM&M). Most recently, Phil founded Flatirons Creative Management; a specialized voice-over firm. Phil has a BFA from University of Colorado, an MFA from Columbia University and currently resides in Manhattan.

Marc Guss | Co-Founder
Marc approaches ACM with the same tradition, passion and skill he has demonstrated throughout his career as an agent by turning talent into multi-dimensional industry successes. Most recently as a decade long agent and Vice President at WME, Marc has represented A-list celebrity and branded talent while negotiating deals for the most sought after voices in the world. Prior to William Morris, Marc created the promo department at Abrams Artists, had a celebrity agent apprenticeship with SEM&M’s Fred Schiffman, and worked at CESD. Marc graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York.

Andrew Atkin | Talent Manager
Andrew brings a wealth of entertainment industry experience to the team at ACM. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and subsequently received his MFA in Film and TV from Chapman University in California. He began his career in voice over in Los Angeles Sutton, Barth & Vennari (SBV) before advancing to the William Morris Agency where he pioneered the West Coast promo & trailer department. His creative expertise, allows him to nurture contacts in all areas of entertainment--from actors and producers, to a variety of decisions makers and creative personnel. Currently, he oversees all work related to trailers, movie promotions and advertising for ACM.

Jeffrey Umberger | Talent Manager
Jeffrey Umberger joins ACM Talent after 15 years of being a dynamic force in the burgeoning Atlanta voiceover community. He began his career as a casting producer in film, television, and advertising. In 2010, Jeffrey opened The Umberger Agency to address the vibrant and diverse needs of Atlanta’s creative marketplace. As a result, The Umberger Agency saw tremendous growth throughout the nation and internationally. Jeffrey is proud to be highly regarded as an advocate for performers’ rights.

Melanie Thomas | Talent Manager
Melanie Thomas joins ACM as a unique veteran of the voiceover industry. For over a dozen years, the native Angeleno has put clients onto a myriad of wildly diverse commercials, on-air promos, trailers, narration, interactive and animation projects. The USC graduate began her career in entertainment at Abrams Artists Agency (Los Angeles) in late 2007 and in short time was promoted to voiceover agent. Never one to settle, she has grown with this ever-evolving industry and loves to bring new and exciting ideas to the table.

Colleen Colin | Director of Project Management
Colleen Colin brings over 15 years of voiceover industry experience to ACM. Following a successful career managing day to day operations at Voicebank, her vast industry buyer relationships are second to none. As a conduit to creatives and producers at virtually every advertising agency in the country, Colleen also oversees ACM’s E-Learning, Corporate, Industrial, Explainers, IVR and Voice Tech/AI platforms.

Melanie Voltz | Director of Marketing, Branding & Social Media
Melanie Voltz joins ACM’s west coast team after her decade-long experience in business development. Prior to ACM, Melanie was a founding partner of the voiceover casting platform, Voice Force. As Director of Sales & Marketing, she honed her expertise and established relationships with the industry's top voiceover buyers and agencies. Prior to Voice Force, Melanie ran a record label for ten years before venturing into the VO world.
Christi Bowen | Director of Corporate & E-Learning
Christi Bowen is widely recognized as an industry leader in the Corporate and eLearning space. She's been a speaker, coach and frequent guest on podcasts and online classes within the genre. Additionally, she has also created a definitive online course for voice actors about the business of eLearning.
Cliff Zellman | Director of Talent Development & ACM Automotive
Cliff joins ACM as ACM launches ACM Automotive, the first talent representation initiative in the voiceover industry specifically dedicated to this specific area of VO. Cliff brings over two decades of automotive advertising experience to ACM Automotive with a sharp focus on direction, production and casting. He is an established Producer, Director, Audio Engineer & Editor, and the Director of Audio Production / Client Creative Services.
